Delivery & Payment Information

121(one to one ) can only deliver to a mainland England address.


Please allow 3-7 working days from acceptance of order.

Please select option for delivery to either your home address or collection at or near school premises.  

Various collection point is now available.  

We can accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit and charge cards to your order.  

You may request cash on delivery or collection if e-payment is not preferred.

Pre-ordering is another option to spread the cost into 2 or 3 equal payment, do email us if interested


Should we run out of stock, you will be notified of our next delivery date.  

Alternatively you may request for a full refund or exchange for substitute size depending on stock availability.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request for a refund or exchange for substitute size depending on stock availability.  

Full Refunds OR Exchange can be accepted within the 7days pre-approval period.  

Returns & Exchange can only be possible if returned with original labels & packaging.

Due to wear and tear of any garment, we are not obligated to exchange or give refund after item has been worn.

Should you want to claim fault on the garment, we will need to submit to the manufacturer for

QC report and it can take up to 8 to 10weeks . 

If report proven garment not faulty then we will need to pass

any expense incurred to you.


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed, we will notify you by email.

In the event of delay and your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from despatch,

please contact our Customer Service department and we will investigate as soon as we can.


Out of stock? Please order early...

Due to high demands, stock will generally run out and we can only

apologise should you experience delays with your order.

We have very good relationship will our supplier and we do try very hard to ensure sufficient stock is maintained so that

we can fulfil your order as soon as possible.  

Please accept our apologies if your order is delayed from being out of stock -

we want to avoid this happening as much as you do!
