Delivery & Payment Information

• Delivery only to mainland England addresses.

• Orders processed within 3–7 working days.

• Delivery options:  

home address or collection at/near school premises.

• Various collection points available.

• Payment accepted via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro credit and charge cards.

Refunds from these payments will incur non‑refundable card processing charges:• Standard charge: 2.9% of transaction amount

• Minimum charge: £1.99 (whichever is higher).

• Cash on delivery/collection available if e‑payment not preferred.

• Pre‑ordering option: spread cost into 2 or 3 equal payments (email us if interested).

• If stock runs out, you will be notified of the next delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds:

• Available within 7 days of pre‑approval on items only (postage fees excluded).

• Items must be returned with original labels and packaging.

• Refunds do not apply if the school alters or discontinues its uniform policy after purchase, or if the uniform itself has been discontinued.

Exchanges:

• Accepted within 7 days of pre‑approval.

• Only possible if the item is faulty.

• Must be for the same or equivalent uniform stock (subject to availability).

Sizing Assistance:

• Parents are encouraged to provide child measurements for a comfortable fit.

• If sizing assistance is declined, any exchange/refund due to sizing error will incur a £3.99 admin delivery/collection charge.

 

Additional conditions:• 

No refund or exchange after the item has been worn (normal wear & tear).

• Fault claims require submission to manufacturer for QC report (8–10 weeks).

• If garment is proven not faulty, expenses incurred will be passed to you.
