¨ Please read and understand these terms before using 121uniforms.co.uk website. ¨ By using this website you agree that you have read and accepted these terms. ¨ This website is generated to supply school wear of selected schools. ¨ These schools have approved our uniform and grant us the opportunity to supply for their students until further notice. ¨ Parents using this website are invited to purchase or order uniforms for their children by selecting the specific school emblem that the child would be attending. ¨ You may print a copy of the website but you should not use it for the purpose of generating income of any kind. ¨ Any distribution or republication of this website without our prior written permission is prohibited. ¨ All graphic design and pictures in this website is owned by us and/or has been given the authority to use by the school or organisation until further notice i.e. until we are instructed to withdraw information or images from the website. ¨ All information in this website is for your guidance only. Your use of such information is therefore entirely at your own risk. ¨ We may include links to participated and 3rd party websites. These links are included for your convenience and we are not held responsible for any personal damages or liable in relation to the content or your use of such websites other than as a requirement by UK law. ¨ Please remember that due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot promise error free operation of this website at all time. ¨ All garment colours represented on the web are an indicative only as every computer has its own colour resolution set hence we are unable to give true colour except that it has been approved by your school. Any concern, please email us at admin. ¨ We are constantly upgrading our web site so in case it is unavailable (normally maintenance takes place after midnight), please try again after 0900hrs the following day.

What do we sell?
¨ Our range of school wear is supplied exclusively for selected schools. ¨ All of the garments supplied by us have been approved by each of the schools and therefore authorised us to sell online to both existing and prospective parents of the school.

When should you order?
¨ For new entrants you may start ordering as soon as you have received a letter of acceptance from your school and for students already in school you can order any time – check current stock levels under the relevant school section. ¨ No withdrawal rights or other "cooling off" period applies if you ordered the uniforms and then realised your child has not been given a place at that school. We will offer a refund but there may be delays and we hope to resolve any refunds within 7days. (admin charge and postage costs will be taken into consideration).
How do you buy online?
¨ Buying at 121uniforms is really easy Just click on the school logo or emblem to take you to the school uniforms page. Click on the required items, select quantity then click the buy button. ¨ Please provide a correct email address so that we can send you an order confirmation by email and then a despatch notification when the order is despatched. ¨ Or if you chose to collect from school, we will advice the date to collect accordingly. ¨ Any queries please email admin before purchasing.

¨ 121uniforms uses the recommended security measures and fully encrypts any personal data and credit/debit card information you provide on our secure payments page.
What payment do we accept?
¨ We can accept payment Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit and charge cards via PayPal
How else can you buy?
¨ If you do not want to use our online service then you can purchase at the school premises.
The school will notify you of the dates when this is available.
No Hassle Returns
¨ Our normal returns period is up to 7 days from when you received the goods. ¨ Exchange or refunds can only be possible if returned with original labels & packaging ¨ Please request an exchange or refunds RMA number as soon as possible within the 7 days of receiving the goods to avoid any admin charges. ¨ Our standard admin charges for exchanges due to wrong size ordered after the 7 days period is £4.50. This charges includes admin and courier delivering service between Mon-Sat up to 2100hrs ¨ Please order the correct size from the internet and request a returns label. Any refunds will be dealt with and agreed upon. If you are unsure of your child’s size, please let us know so that we can assist you. ¨ Always email admin when in doubt.
Shipping & Handling Charge
¨ We charge a standard shipping and handling charge from £3.99 to enable us to deliver the best possible postage service.
¨ We use either the Royal Mail or selected courier and 121uniforms local rep to make sure your purchases arrives on time.
Under normal circumstances 90% of all orders are despatched within 5 working days excluding weekends.
Our Peak period July-September or Public holiday, delivery may be longer and you will be informed accordingly
